The unique exhibition “Frequencies” was held from 11th to 18th of March in the N.EON gallery
in Belgrade, Serbia. That was the first joint exhibition of architect Dejan Babović and young
artist Ada Bel. It was also Bel’s first time publicly presenting her art.
The two artists may appear very different, yet there are some crucial things that connect them.
Their art for this exhibition is inspired by the invisible strings of life, the waves where people
meet, and vivid events occur. On these invisible strings, the symphony of life takes place. Each
artist has portrayed their representation of this phenomenon in their art through their
fascinating stories. The paintings that visitors had a chance to see in the N.EON gallery are the
windows into the interesting and inspiring worlds of these artists.

Dejan Babović graduated in Architecture at Belgrade University. In his career, he has realized
over 200 interior projects and a dozen building projects. He is also a recipient of numerous
awards and recognitions, and so far, he has held ten independent exhibitions of his paintings
and drawings. The woman has always been a central figure of his artwork, accompanied by a
specific architectural ambiance, which is also the case in his newest work presented in the
”Frequencies” exhibition.
In their joint exhibition, Babović and Bel succeeded in combining their two worlds into a new
fascinating one. Experience and youth, abstraction and realism, different forms and figures, but
still the same feelings. The same vibration and invisible strings that connect them in the world
of eternal art.
Ada Bel was born in Serbia but lived and worked all over the world. Ever since her childhood,
she drew the things that she could not express through words, putting the fragments of her life
in her paintings. After many years of traveling and various experiences, she collected a lot of
inspiring stories that she is eager to share with the world through her art. She says that, in her
art, she found freedom – the place where she is alone with God. The “Frequencies” was her first
exhibition, but there are certainly many more to come.
In my Art You will Find & Recognize the energy of Freedom. This is where we Feel the Point where “ME” is melting into Big Picture. Where ME is lost in ONNESS. Where ME is just a Particle of God, and just like that is – Perfect. All that remains is – Peace. And Pure Love.
